Meet Alec Bennington – Founder and Owner

At the heart of our company is Alec Bennington, a Little Rock native with a passion for building and community development. Alec’s journey in the paving industry began long before he founded his own company. Growing up, he spent summers working with his father’s construction crew, learning the ins and outs of the trade from the ground up. After graduating from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Civil Engineering, Alec spent a time working for various paving companies across the state. This experience gave him invaluable insights into both the technical aspects of asphalt paving and the importance of customer satisfaction. In 2015, Alec decided to take the leap and start his own company. He wanted to create a business that combined technical expertise with a commitment to personalized service – a company that treated every project, no matter how small, with the same level of care and attention to detail.
