Accessibility statement
Last updated September 27, 2026
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, or zoom in.
The standard we build to
We build this site to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That covers things like enough contrast between text and background, text alternatives for pictures and drawings, headings that make sense in order, and controls you can reach and use with a keyboard.
What that looks like on this site
- Every page starts with a "Skip to content" link for keyboard and screen reader users.
- Photos have written descriptions, and each drawing has a written description and a numbered list of what it shows.
- Text contrast is checked against the dark background, and links and buttons show a clear outline when they have keyboard focus.
- With scripts turned off, every page still shows all of its content.
- Phone numbers are real links, so they can be called with one tap on a phone.
How we check
We check pages with automated accessibility testing and by moving through them with a keyboard, and we fix what we find.
