What this website collects
This website has no forms, no accounts, no newsletter sign-up, and no chat. It doesn't set cookies, and it doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers. The fonts, pictures, and code it uses are served from this site, not from outside services.
Like every web server, the one that hosts this site keeps standard logs: the internet address a request came from, the browser type, the page asked for, and the time. Those logs are used to keep the site running and secure.
What we learn when you call
The only way to reach us through this site is by phone. When you call (501) 506-6799, we receive your phone number and the time of the call. Calls to this number are recorded. We also keep whatever you tell us about the job: where it is, what's there now, and how to reach you.
How we use it
- To call you about your job and answer your questions.
- To set up your estimate and do the work.
- To keep an accurate record of what was asked for and what was agreed.
- To check the quality of how calls are handled.
Who we share it with
We share what you tell us with the people who quote and carry out your job, and with the service providers who run our phone line and host this website, only as far as they need it to do that. We'll also share information if the law requires it. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep call records and job details for as long as we need them to do the work, answer questions about it later, and meet our legal and tax obligations. Server logs are kept for a short time and then deleted.

Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
