New asphalt surfaces and sealcoating

We've laid a tar-and-chip driveway for one homeowner in Cabot and paved a rural driveway for another.

Tar-and-chip and asphalt are the two driveway surfaces we lay, and we can sealcoat asphalt that's already down.

Tar and chip (chip seal)

Liquid asphalt sprayed down and covered with stone, then rolled in: a lower-cost surface for long rural driveways.

Asphalt paving

New asphalt from the ground up: the site graded, a compacted stone base, then hot mix rolled to the thickness written on your estimate.

Commercial paving, repairs, resurfacing, and striping

If you own a hotel, car dealership, apartment complex, warehouse, or church in Cabot, we can build a new parking lot for it or fix the one it has.

We've repaired a warehouse lot in Pine Bluff and resurfaced and striped a Searcy industrial lot. A Bryant apartment community and churches in Conway and Pine Bluff have hired us for their parking lots too.

How wide a driveway can be in Cabot

Cabot's Zoning Code sets a maximum width for driveways (Article VII, Off-Street Parking and Loading Requirements, Section 1.E.6):

  • Residential driveways: no more than 25 feet wide, not counting the curb returns
  • Commercial and industrial driveways: no more than 40 feet wide, not counting the curb returns

Curb returns are the curved sections of curb on each side of a driveway entrance.

What customers say about the work

  • ★★★★★
We have a long gravel driveway that washed out every spring. Alec recommended tar-and-chip, explained why, and it's already held up through a couple of hard rains. Fair price and the crew was done in a day.

  • ★★★★★
We have a very long rural driveway out in the county. They did a fantastic job laying the asphalt. The crew worked fast but didn't cut corners on the edges. The driveway feels incredibly smooth.

James K.Cabot · Rural driveway paving

  • ★★★★★
Very happy with how the driveway turned out. I'm holding back one star only because rain pushed us back a day and I had to reschedule twice. Alec called every time and was upfront about the weather. The cracks are filled and it looks great.
