If you manage a manufacturing plant in Russellville, your parking lot can carry heavy trucks across the same pavement your employees park on. Where they do, the truck lanes and loading area usually wear out first. We build and repair plant parking lots with those lanes in mind, so the pavement under the trucks is made for their weight.

Commercial parking lot paving
New asphalt from the ground up: the site graded, a compacted stone base, then hot mix rolled to the thickness written on your estimate.
Asphalt paving services
A new layer of hot mix over asphalt that's worn on top but still solid underneath.
Where truck traffic has pushed part of a plant's parking lot down or broken it up, the base underneath has usually failed, and an overlay won't fix that. Those spots need cutting out and rebuilding before the new layer goes on.
Asphalt resurfacing
Stalls, accessible spaces, arrows, and fire lanes laid out and painted, or restriped after sealing.

A new driveway, a worn one replaced, or gravel turned to asphalt, built on a base made for what parks on it.
A protective coat over asphalt that's still sound, put down after the cracks are filled.
Cracks cleaned out and sealed so rain can't reach the base underneath.
Potholes and failed spots cut out square, rebuilt from the base up, and rolled level.
Liquid asphalt sprayed down and covered with stone, then rolled in: a lower-cost surface for long rural driveways.
Patching, crack sealing, sealcoating, and restriping, in that order, on a regular cycle.
Article IV of Russellville's zoning code requires the parking spaces it calls for to be paved over a gravel base. It sets a minimum thickness for both the base and the asphalt.
The same article says the parking area has to be paved and striped before the city will issue a Certificate of Occupancy. If you're opening a new building or putting up an addition that needs one, have the parking lot finished before the date you plan to move in.

I look after the property for our church. The lot had cracks everywhere and the lines were faded. They resurfaced the whole thing and restriped the spaces and handicap spots over about a week, working around our Wednesday night and Sunday services so nobody lost parking. I always knew what was happening next. Great value for a church budget.

We decided to go with a tar and chip surface for our property instead of standard blacktop. It gave us the rustic look we wanted but with way less dust than gravel. Alec explained the whole process clearly and the price was very reasonable.

No problem setting up a time to get the job done. Alec kept me informed every step of the way, which I really appreciated. The asphalt feels incredibly smooth to drive on and instantly boosted our curb appeal.

We work in every town in Arkansas, Russellville included.

Tell us the address and what's wrong with the pavement. For a new building, have the site plan in front of you when you call.
