Arkadelphia's rule before you add or change parking
The city's Unified Development Code (§ 4.10.2, General Parking Standards) requires new or altered off-street parking to be reached by a paved, sealed-surface driveway. Every parking space itself must be paved with a sealed surface pavement and kept free of dust.
