Siloam Springs requires that access to any parking space be paved (Unified Development Code, Sec. 102-77). The code accepts asphalt, concrete, paver stones, or grass pave that meets load standards as determined by the city's Administrator.
The rule exempts a parcel over an acre that's used only for a single-family home, a two-family home, or a manufactured home. It also exempts a driveway that serves a secondary garage or accessory storage facility on the same property.
