Fix the broken asphalt before the new lines go down
New paint lasts only as long as the asphalt under it. Lines painted over potholes and open cracks break up along with the pavement.
On a terminal or warehouse lot, the asphalt can give way first where trailers turn tight and where loaded trucks stand at the dock doors. We repair those spots before we stripe, so the new stalls and arrows go down on solid asphalt.
