Paving and upkeep for Village homes and common property

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in the country, and the roads behind its gates are private. The property owners own those roads together as common property. Their property owners association (POA) keeps them up, along with the parking lots at its golf courses and amenity centers.

For homeowners, we pave residential driveways. For the POA, we lay new asphalt on roads and parking lots. Homeowners and the POA can both hire us to sealcoat and maintain the asphalt they already have.
